Our recruitment process
Step 1: Review your Documents
You will receive an automatic email confirmation that we've received your application materials. Depending on the position, you might also get a simple multiple-choice question. Your documents will be carefully checked and coordinated with the relevant department. We aim to reply to you within 4 days.
Step 2: Initial Meeting
You'll have a digital interview with Anja or another team member (depending of the position) where we both get to know each other better. We'll give you a deeper introduction to IRUBIS and provide more information about the position.
Step 3: Challenge and Technical Interview
You will be given a task to work on for a certain period of time. This can be either from home or in our office or laboratory. In the technical Interview, we will discuss your solution for the task and ask more in-depth questions relating to your experience, knowledge, and skills. The task is optional, depending on the position.
Step 4: On-Site Interview
The final interview will take place in our Munich office. You'll have the opportunity to meet and talk to our founders and other members our team. It's important for us that you and IRUBIS fit well together. We'll also explain our salary model to you.
Step 5: Offer
We want you on the team! You'll get our contract offer and and we'll start organizing all the necessary steps to welcome you to the team.
