We’ve had great integration of PAT tools on our production line of which IRUBIS Monipa (Mid-IR system) is one of them. IRUBIS Mid-IR is sensitive to CQA’s and byproducts in our IVT reaction, therefore enabling chemometric modelling to predict concentration for those components as well as reaction trend such as endpoint.
